The Fresno Chilli is a Jalapeno style chilli that reaches maturity in approximately 89 days after transplanting. The Fresno Chilli has conical fruit colouring from light green to deep scarlet red. The fruit of Fresno Chilli is 6 cm long with a diameter of 3.5 cm and the flesh is medium thick at around 2 mm. The fruit of Fresno Chilli is borne on a short, upright growing plant and the fruit is very pungent. A great chilli for pickling and salad making, especially for the slightly braver chilli eater.
