Jalamex is a cross Jalapeno, Mexicana hybrid. Half the strength of a Jalapeno, it can be stuffed with mozzarella and cheddar, dipped in a batter and deep fried. This is commonly known as a 'Popper' and creates a wonderful starter to any meal. DELICIOUS!!!!
