Mozambique Marvelous Chilli Oil Recipe
Ingredients
One bottle of good quality olive oil (extra virgin is best)
Five whole bird eye chillis de-stalked. (Any small hot chilli will
do)
1 15-17cm Sprig of fresh rosemary (Well cleaned under hot running
water)
Two whole cloves of garlic
Method
Pour the oil into a large pan and heat with all ingredients until
they reach 100 degrees F or 38 Degree C
Let cool and bottle in sterilized bottle (Boiled for 5 minutes)Keep
in a dark cupboard for approximately one month until nice and hot,
and remember that the longer you store it, the hotter it becomes.
